The BASE 35 operator is suitable for motorizing sectional industrial doors up to 18 m² in size, weighing up to 234 kg, and measuring up to 5 m in height. The unit is equipped with a 24 V DC motor and a metal gearbox immersed in an oil bath, ensuring quiet, efficient, and durable operation. Electronic limit switches ensure precise adjustment of the door's opening and closing positions. The operator offers many useful functions: quick programming, automatic closing, overload protection, soft start and stop, partial door opening, operator speed control, and a maintenance alert. The BASE 35 kit also includes a plug for a 230 V outlet. You can also connect other devices to the motor: photocells, optical edge sensors, switches, a signal lamp, a security system for passage doors, an emergency chain opening system, a radio receiver, and a Wi-Fi module.
